Brachial Plexus Injury

33-year-old male patient with alleged history of skid and fall from two- wheeler resulting in pan brachial plexus injury right side.

Nerve transfer surgery performed; spinal accessory nerve to supra- scapular, contra-lateral C7 to musculocutaneous, median & radial using vascularised ulnar nerve graft done.

Physiotherapy started in the post operative period. Patient now has improved power of shoulder, arm & forearm muscles of right upper limb and at present, performs his routine activities independently.

For the past 3 years about 11 cases of adult Brachial Plexus Injuries have been successfully treated at our unit.
